IUI #3

IUI#2 failed, started new cycle and doing 3rd IUI. This will be the last one if things don't go as plan. My Doctor told me she normally does 3 IUIs and if no succes then we will be sitting down to talk about other options we may have. I really hope that this will be it. Any advise on what to do before and after IUI? The last 2 IUIs I take it easy and not do much and "try to relax". Have a sono on the 23rd of this month to see how many follicles I have. Usually I get only two any advise on better follicle count?
