About a week or two ago I started EBF my LO who is almost 7 weeks. I got tired of pumping and having to get up at night to prepare everything. Anyway, when I was bottle feeding breastmilk she drank about 3.5 oz every 2.5-3 hrs and rarely spit up. Now that I'm EBF she is is spitting up all the time. The milk she spits up looks like foremilk, that almost clear thin consistency. I know I produce hind milk because I pumped for the first weeks. Do you think the spit up is an indication of the milk she's getting? I'm concerned she's only getting foremilk.  She is 12lbs btw and will be 7 weeks on Friday.
