I usually bleed for 2-3 days during my monthly period (I'm pretty regular) and have one or two days of spotting at the end. It never fills up a tampon and it's pretty light. Usually I just need a panty liner or regular tampon. My question is...do I log this as a period day is glow or not? I don't want to throw off the ovulation timing, but I'm not sure. I try to use Glow ovulation tracking and make it as accurate as possible. After two years doing OPKS every month gets annoying. What would you log??
