I have pcos and my fiancé and I aren't preventing but we aren't actively trying for a baby but I'm late. I have pcos and my period has been regular for 4 months (mind you it's been irregular since I began my period). We had sex on the 27th of January and all tests have been negative. I have no symptoms of pregnancy and barely any of pms besides my acne flaring up a little. Any guidance? I don't want to get him all excited because he would cry if I am pregnant but I don't want to leave him in the dark
