Mine never did with my first pregnancy. Just kind of went flat. I'm 21 weeks with our second and it will probably be the same this time too. It's still a little inny though.

Mine has not yet, I'm 24 weeks today. I have a pretty fast innie, but it looks like half of it is starting to be more flat. By the end I know it will be sticking out quite a bit because it usually does.

24 weeks and my belly button isn't quite popped out but it's defined through my shirts which is so weird!!
