hormones turn me into crazy person

I'm 9.5 weeks pregnant and have had all day sickness since 5 weeks. My hormones are all over the place with this pregnancy and being ill combined with that has me worrying we made a mistake having a second. In my normal pre-baby mind I always wanted two and see it as a great benefit for my daughter growing up. Has anyone else had crazy hormone surges where they feel like this?
