Postpartum Period Help

Hello so I am 5 Weeks 3 days postpartum & I am pumping and supplementing maybe about 2-3 bottles in 24 hours that are formula (if that makes a difference)

Hubby & I had sex at 4 Weeks postpartum about 3-4 times and I had zero bleeding.

Well yesterday I woke up with period like cramps & felt bloated like my period for the first time in like 9-10 months ... But my period never started ... Its just like a brown tinted discharge coming out.

I keep waiting for it to flow like my old periods but nope ... If the first period after a baby weird or what?

If the tinted brown discharge stops after 4-5 days should I consider it my period?
