water leaking? advice please! maybe tmi for some

I had a membrane strip this morning and a few hours later i experienced a small gush of water. Issue is, I was using the washroom at the time... I had just finished wipeing when the gush came Suddenly then stopped. I have been wet since, but not too much more than normal. Not sure if it was my water or just more pee!! I don't want to go in for nothing, I am thinking it was not my water more than it was, but I feel a bit parinoid. Any advice on how to check? What does leaking water feel like for those who have experienced it? What would you do??
