PLEASEEEE HELP!!

Hello,

I have a 20 week miscarriage November 22,2016 I bled for 6wrrks after (in December) and then for the month of January I had a normal period of 6days long. I ttc the month of January. I spotted 2 weeks before my period was due and an 6days after ovulation. Below there is a picture of my random spotting which I've never had before... so I was hoping that was implantation bleeding. Well my period was due February 8th it never came I tested an I got negative test results. Well here it is getting toward the end of the month an still nothing an no signs of AF coming anytime soon. No cramps nothing. What could be going on what's wrong with me? I'm overweight but currently an losing a little bit of weight I'm on weight watchers. Any suggestions to help get my period going when should I worry an contact the doctor? Thanks
