Braxton hicks?!!

So I've been having Braxton hicks all day! Literally in the past 20 minutes maybe 7... they aren't painful they are just really tight. Can I mistake this for real ones ? Please let me know your expirences ftm here. TIA😬

They say if you have more than 8 in one hour that you could be in preterm labor... it's at least worth the call to your OB.

I've had Braxton Hicks for a while now and although they may get more frequent they don't get stronger. So if they get unbearable you may want to call the Dr.
