stretches and walks??
So I'm pushing 35 weeks and while I'm not at all trying to induce labor I want to start preparing for it and doing stretching And going for walks and that type of thing. But Should I wait a little while until I'm closer in case it does bring on labor? The stretches that help widen the pelvis helps my back problems but I'm just nervous that it might make me go into labor sooner than later. Hopefully this makes sense to someone lol
