Opinions please!

Hey guys, so I have a question, may a bit hard determining an opinion given that a few of you may not be able to relate. But my last period was Dec 27 2016, I have a roughly 32-35 day cycle, my longest cycle has been 42 days but as of today I am on my 51st day (kinda freaking out as to how) I have taken 3 tests, 1st was negative, 2nd was a very very very faint positive and the 3rd was a straight up negative. I have had the occasional headache here and there, brown spotting that was on and off for about a week between the 39th and 45th days... Little nausea, sensitive nipples (TMI) and like a cramp a week other than that nothing. No frequent bathroom trips, the rest of my boobs feel fine and no cravings or aversions. If I am, I would be 7 weeks 2 days. I have no sign of Satan's sacrificial waterfall showing up anytime soon and I hate needles so I don't want to have one until I know I need to get them. Tell me if anyone can relate or help in anyway, I'm so nervous. 😥
