Working through nausea

How do y'all work through the nausea? I'm a 1st grade teacher and it requires to me to be on my A game. With this constant nausea all day I can't do it. I just want to lay down all day. I've literally tried everything people have recommended. I finally emailed my doctor today to see if they can do anything. What do you all about work and having constant nausea? Thanks!
