social media is not my cup of tea.

So I do not have fb. My boyfriend does....  but from a family members account I noticed my SO never posts anything with me in it. I know this sounds rediculous for an adult relationship but his family and I do not get along his friends and I do not get along anymore so I am wondering does he just not post because he's embarrassed they will bash or talk smack? I know he is not cheating... so I think he always comes home we do live together. When I confronted him on this he responded with "I don't share my personal life on fb" but he is always posting pics and funny things. I'm not sure what to make of this but I am starting to think something..
