Incontinence in your 20s?

Kinda tmi but whatever. So I'm in my mid 20s but I can't hold my urine to save my life. Commuting more than 45min makes me nervous because I'm afraid I won't be able to find a bathroom. I've peed on myself several times minutes from the bathroom because the urgency calls the shots. Sometimes I'll fell like it's an emergency but only 2 oz of urine comes out.  I went to a urologist who ran a test and said everything was normal. I don't know what's normal about a 20year old not being able to hold her pee. Any suggestion on what I should do?
