jobs and resumes

So I applied for a job at a warehouse but I didn't necessarily need a resume, my aunt works at a chemist and suggested I go there for the mean time but she said I'll need a resume, the only thing she mentioned was three people (I can't remember what they're called and what they're for exactly) and I need a photo. I haven't had any experience working so I'm not sure what to put on it, I need some help please and thanks!! 😊
