symptoms gone..worried

Ladies I am 7weeks 1 day today and I am waking up and seems all my symptoms are gone. anyone ever had this and it be ok or what happened? I had a mc in Nov so Im nervous, then I was spotting and I didnt feel pregnant. This time there is no spotting. I had cramps yesterday, they were a little painful and they would come and go very quickly. today no cramps, no sore boobs, my nausea seems to be gone and even the bad taste in my mouth seems to be gone. help..?
