pregnant! any similar cases?

I went to the ER last night just because I was having pain but it was nothing too crazy.. honestly I just wanted to go for them to confirm pregnancy because I didn't want to wait until march 13th so they did blood work and two different ultrasounds one of them was the vaginal so after all was done the doctor came and said that it was too early to predict what was going on.. if I was having a miscarriage or if it was too early in the pregnancy to tell if the baby was outside the uterus but that they did see it was there and that I was possibly 3 weeks and a half. So now I'm scared that I have a miscarriage..I already love my baby 😔 I pray every morning and night and I talk to my baby before bed and after I wake up. I'm staying positive and avoiding any stress or sadness... I haven't had any bleeding at all just pain here and there but nothing too crazy. I have to go back tomorrow for another hcg test.
