Who has lost their marriage while pregnant?

My husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for over a year and a half after we miscarried twins. Finally pregnant with my rainbow baby at 25 weeks 4 days, and he confesses that he doesn't know if he loves me anymore. We are talking a short time apart for him to think, but I'm terrified that my marriage is over. I love this man so much, I don't want to lose him, but nothing I can do if he doesn't love me anymore besides try to make the best out of whatever happens and give our daughter the best life we can regardless of being together or not.

If he doesn't know if he loves you, that means his mind is in chaos. Most people know if they don't love someone or if they love someone. When somebody says they don't know, it means there's a chance that they do still love you, but that they are just not in a peaceful state of mind to be able to love. There is resentment and emotional disconnect that is blocking the path to love. If both of you are willing at all to try to save this marriage, I recommend starting marriage counseling right away. I don't know the severity of your situation, but I believe there's a chance to save it. And if you are both willing to do that, that's a very good sign that if you both work hard enough you can get through this. If one of you is not willing however, then I'm afraid it's probably in everyone's best interest to end it.

I am the poster, and I wanted to update and ask for help. But I can't update the post, so I guess I'm commenting, which it won't let me do anonymously.
He said he loves me. But that he isn't happy. And he doesn't know what will make him happy but he thinks leaving me might give him a chance to figure it out. And last night he said he was leaving me, but didn't have a reason. He loves me, but he's unhappy. 
He's convinced he is being smothered... but the thing is, he goes out, hangs out with friends without me more often recently than ever before, and spends more time with anyone else than he does with me. I don't nag, or whine, or complain about it because I can see he doesn't want to be couped up at home. But I have gotten lonely. He said I make him feel guilty, but I hadn't even expressed my feelings of being alone or neglected because I assumed he was just under a lot of stress and with becoming a father, he needs time away from it to breath. So I believe he just sensed my feelings... it's a circle. He goes out a lot, I feel lonely, he senses I'm lonely which makes him feel guilty and stressed and smothered, which makes him want to go out more, which then makes me feel more lonely.
I convinced him to keep thinking on it, but i expect I will soon be a divorced single mother. I love this man so much, I've given so much and I'm willing to give so much more, but he's not in a good place in his head, and doesn't seem like he wants to consider a therapist/councilor, or staying with me to try to work it out, to figure out why he isn't happy here anymore....

Would you guys be willing to attend counseling? There's this great book titled 5lovelanguages. I suggest you two read it and see if it helps. Sometimes people say things they don't mean when they're under a lot of stress 💔. Good luck!
