just need someone to listen and not judge me
I have been doing ovulation tests for a while and found out according to them I don't ovulate. Well because of this I went to my GP to seek advice and what to do next.
I was on the nexplanon for around 7-8 years. Then attempted the pill and hated it so immediately came off it. I have been off all contraception for nearly 2 years. I do have a period every month without fail give it take a couple of days early or late anyway back to the issue. My GP keeps on complaining about my weight I am currently 14 stone (192lbs). I don't look fat and I dont feel unhealthly And yet he keeps telling me to diet.
I've tried to diet numerous times with no success I hate gyms so I do things at home like yoga and crunches and stuff but I cannot seem to shift any weight I just remain at 14 stone the lightest I have ever been in my late teens early 20s is 10 and a half stone I'm nearly 27 should I really be this bothered? Should I just accept my weight and be done with it? No diet seems to work I've cut things out and cut down on things and even done slimming world (something here in the U.K.) nothing seems to shift it :/
