Finally getting my period
After a cycle lasting 51 days and my period being 23 days late I finally got my period today. The cramps are awful, so anyone got any advice for easing them? Especially without painkillers as I'm not allowed to take paracetamol and I have asthma so I can't take ibueprofen :(
