I'm ten months pp and breastfeeding. I've had my period back, like clockwork since 6 months pp. It's never been late, always 23 days and there's been nothing new. No stress, nothing. But now I'm almost 2 weeks late and the pregnancy tests are negative. I've had some symptoms too, but thinking maybe all in my head and or because I've been sick with a nasty cold. I ovulated late in the month last month, so it could be that I tested too early...But, would that make me have a missed period still? I'm so confused!
