VERY confused!!!
I apologize in advance for the long post!!
My husband and I have been trying to conceive since this past June. After years of being on birth control, My last cycle of birth control was April. I have never missed a period since, however my periods are slightly irregular (sometimes I start a week after I should or a few days late). I started tracking my cm and even did ovulation tests, but I was getting very stressed out over not becoming pregnant. My husband and I decided that this month, we wouldn't track anything and just bd when we felt like it. So we are still trying, just not doing all of the stuff on this app and ovulation tests.
I was supposed to start my period this past Saturday or Sunday. On January 19th, i had very light pink discharge when I wiped (just once during the day, not every time I went to the bathroom). I assume that I was experiencing ovulation bleeding...however, I've never experienced ovulation bleeding before.
On Saturday, my cm was egg white with a tiny bit of blood in it. (Which is very uncommon for me before starting my period...we did bd earlier that day) Sunday, regular cm. Monday morning I had very light pink discharge and a very tiny blood clot when I wiped, but then regular the rest of the day. Tuesday morning I had another small blood clot and my discharge was more red than pink when I wiped... so I thought I had started my period. At lunch time I change my tampon and there was nothing on it...no pink or red discharge the rest of the day. Wednesday and today I have not had any pink or red discharge. I've taken two clear blue pregnancy tests this week (one on Monday and one today) both negative. Normally when I am about to start my period, my boobs are pretty sore, I get pretty bad cramps in both my abdomen and my back and I also get nauseous on and off....but I'm not having any of those pms symptoms. I have never had this happen when I'm supposed to start my period.
I'm so confused! Anyone have anything similar happen and then find out they are pregnant?! Any advice is appreciated 😊
