Help! My fiancé and I have been ttc for many months now. The past few days I've had intense bloat and pain in my upper and lower abdomin. Test came back negative but I'm spotting and I'm not supposed to get my period till April 4th. The pain is so bad it hurts to walk around. I've tried gasx and mylanta but still no relief. I've had many bms' so I'm not constipated. Anyone experience this? I've never had anything like this before.
