too early to test on day of missed period?

Today was the day af was supposed to show but didn't so I took a test and a negative. Is it still possible for me to get a positive? With my first and second I tested a day before and got positives instantly.

Late positives are possible if you might have ovulated later than you thought

Every body is different, but I took a 99 cent store test the afternoon my AF didn't show and got a faint line. Just keep trying every other day. Good luck and loads of baby dust.

According to my chart you can get a negative up to 17 dpo.

Yes it's possible to still get a negative, the egg could implant late. Check again in a couple days !!
