feel free to be brutally honest !

I recently started dating a guy and he had two vehicles but neither of them are in working order and he's going to be 28 next month . He also just quit his job last week and he lives with his grandma . He treats me right and is a really good person but I can't help but feel concerned about continuing something with someone who really doesn't have much going for him. I'm 26 and I live in my own and have a good job and I'm just concerned about what kind of future we would have . Is this wrong of me to feel this way ? Is that incredibly unfair and judgmental ?
