Abby I’m literally in the same situation right now. I missed my period almost 3 weeks now. Negative pregnancy test. Started spotting pink for a day, back pain and spotting got really heavy, middle of this night this huge piece of tissue came out, and after I had no pain, no clots just light bleeding. I’m so confused.
