What I was not warned about with the implant

Okay so I'm 17 and I just received the birth control implant this Monday. I was told all the side effects except the bruising. It wasn't until the implant was already in me they told me. I bruise extremely easily and I'm very pale so they are hard to hide. It shouldn't last much longer but just letting all of you know it does happen. The first photo was that night then the next day and then today. I have a very low pain tollerence so I can tell you from my experience that receiving the implant did not hurt as much as the aftermath. I would move my arm a certain way and I would get sharp pains. My arm is still sore and it's hard to lift some objects still but I am getting back to where I was. Yes I can feel the implant. Hopefully this helps!
