Does your baby laugh yet?

My LO is 4 months old tomorrow and haven't laughed yet! Has your LO laughed/giggled? Should I be worried!?

His dad is the only one that can make him laugh good. He giggles like a little, but it's random stuff that makes him giggle. Today I had him pushed up by my face and was tickling his armpits and he started giggling. But when I waited a few minutes and tried again he was like no. Not doing it. Haha. Stubborn boy

My little girl laughed for first time last week and the most wonderful thing is it was our 5yo daughter who made her laugh. I was holding her in the bath and she was helping me wash her when the baby let out the biggest belly laugh... It was the most beautiful sound!!

Don't worry about it not happening yet, just look forward to when it does cos it will!  😍

PS: she's maybe laughed 3 times since and she's 18 weeks old. 😊

Remember that when babies go through their developmental leaps they get a whole new array of things they can perceive or do but they only choose a few to 'try out' at a time. So dont worry ;) it just depends on tbeir personality what they choose to donwith their newly acquired skills.

My little guy has to be very well rested and held in a sitting position to laugh. Started with peek-a-boo, and now if we laugh a lot while looking at him, it can get him going.

It'll happen in due time! Until then, just keep playing with him. Even if not laughing, I'm sure he loves it 🤗

My baby is 19 weeks and still isn't laughing! I want so badly to hear his first giggle. I try everything!!! Noises, gestures, funny faces, but nothing works. 😩

Every baby is different..my lo is almost 4 moths old and giggles only when er grandma holds her..nothin with me or daddy..

I wouldn't worry. Babies all advance differently. My baby started laughing recently but barely "talks" and I'm sure some baby's talk but don't laugh yet. I'm not too concerned.

Mine hasn't yet. He will be 4 months in a week. I try literally every I can to get him to but nothing works. It seems like he's close though. I want him to laugh so bad. My first laughed right around this same age. I made him laugh by making fart sound with my mouth lol.
