evening primrose
Ok So I'm 36 weeks and my bottle of 500mg epo capsules arrived today. This is my third baby but first time using these. Im confused as to wether 500mg is enough and if it is definitely safe to insert vaginally?? Is it 37 weeks I should take them from? I've been taking raspberry leaf capsules since 32 weeks too. Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)
