Cryotherapy isnt working

I have HPV and sadly after 2 rounds of cryotherapy I still have a pin head sized wart. In fact, the liquid nitrogen touched part of my clitoris and it didnt heal flat. Im scared to go back and have my vagina maimed. Help!! Is there another option for the pesky wart?
