HELP!!! Bloat Relief Tips...
Okay ladies! So about 2 weeks ago I wound up in the ER for an allergic reaction and was put on Prednisone... I finished the last dose yesterday, but because of the Prednisone, I ate like no other and now am bloated and everything... anyone have any tips on how to get rid of the severe bloated feeling??? I feel like a whale pregnant with quadruplets.... HELP!!!!
