Please Send Baby Dust

Long story short, I recently had a chemical pregnancy which led to me diganoised through US and blood that I have PCOS. In an effort to get my period back on track (partially because my AMH numbers were alarmingly high) they've started me on Provera and Metaformin. I'm to work up to 1500mg of the Metaformin in by 3 weeks and continue to take it for 3 months at which point they'll check my levels again. I guess what I need is some info on what to expect realistically as well as maybe some success stories!? I should state, I've had two previous pregnancies that took next to nothing to happen and I've read some stories of women getting pregnant ASAP! This is all just new to me, PCOS and now all these meds. It's scary. Please send baby dust!
