Need some advice

Hi all.. this is my first pregnancy and I'm 11weeks along. Yesterday I had some bleeding for about an hour. So, I rushed to the doctor and I was told that there is a clot behind my placenta. There has been no bleeding since last evening.

There has been some fluctuating pain around my vaginal area for a few weeks which I informed the doctor about and she said it could be coz of calcium deficiency. The pain used to increase when I used to walk or climb stairs. But yesterday the pain was more than usual and I am suspecting it has something to do with the clot and bleeding.

The doc also told me there's a threatened miscarriage and advised complete bed rest for at least a week. She said this could be due to decreased hormonal levels and has prescribed HCG injections every 4 days.

The only good thing that happened yesterday was I could see my baby moving for the first time :)

I really don't want to lose the baby now and I'm sure it'll stay till the end.

It would really help if I can get some advice here?
