Early pregnancy signs?

My husband and I had (alot of) sex (he came in me only once) about 3 weeks ago) and he next week I had a light period with one heavy day and this morning I had a horrible headache and I felt sick to my stomach with light random cramps throughout the day and when I smelt strong smells I wanted to through up.....

I don't want to take a test seeing as I'm going to the doctor March 2nd to get a pap smear and talk about getting birth control we thought we'd just wait till then to find out. And last night a church a lady we know came up to me and asked when I was do because I seem different, like I'm pregnant different. I told her I wasn't and she just said ok well get ready because if you're not now you will be soon.........any comments?
