so we announced and now I am freaking out

I am 12 weeks pregnant right now. We posted on Facebook last night that we are expecting. I have not slept at all because now I am completely panicked something bad is going to happen. I know statistically it is less than a 1% chance but that is not helping. Anyone else feel this way after they announced?
