confused

The day af was due (2/6) I had brown/pink spotting when I wiped & cramps. It lasted until 2/8 & that was it. I NEVER spot before af.  I've been having nausea, cramps here & there,  not really wanting to eat anymore, & emotional as heck!!! But I keep getting BFN. Like wtf? I just wanna know what's going on with me. & my doctor won't see me for 2 weeks
