Are internet cheapies accurate?

I could totally cry right now. I've posted a couple other times, but now the other brand is finally showing a faint line. Is this it? I'm so scared to get excited and find out it's nothing. I have a bunch of these and one digital. Saving the digital for another 4-5 days. Has anyone had false positives with "one step pregnancy tests" I got them from amazon. Please tell me this is real. I feel like I'm dreaming.
