OK now I'm confused !

OK so , my period was due on Feb 10th, never showed , I've had all the right symptoms of pregnancy but negative tests, today is day 8 of no period and I start bleeding but it's pretty light compared to my normal period and really bright red like almost pink, is this a period or could there still be a chance of pregnancy this Has never happened to me before and I cannot see my doctor for a few days because my health card expired and I need to get a new one any advice to ease my.mind! 😔
