3 days late and still got a bfN!!

I'm currently ttc with my 2nd child. I've had the nexplanon for 1yr and 3 months. I got it removed Jan. 26th. During that whole time I've had regular periods, also on TIME! My husband and I are trying to conceive and we've had sex during my fertile days also all the other days too. My last cycle was Jan. 17th. Next cycle was due Feb 15th, it's now Feb 17th and NOTHING! Only took 2 pregnancy test yesterday and this morning and still NOTHING. Should I wait longer? Call my doctor?
