pregnant with endometriosis

Ok so I have endo not really sure what stage all I know it was basically spread out everywhere 😓 well it's been about 2 months post op from my lap surgery and doctor recommended me to hold on atleast 3-4 months so I can properly heal from the surgery and then I can begin ttc . I'm confused because as far as I know the first 6 months after lap surgery are the best to begin ttc because like we all know endo does grow back . I've been ttc for 2 years now , I already have a 9 & 7 yr old from my previous partner which we separated when my younger one was 1 yr old . Since then I got the mirena iud and barely had sex until I met my now fiancé . When I met him I got the iud taken off after having in for 6 years . The iud was embedded to my uterus wall . After taking it off I began ttc with my fiancé and still nothing 😢 now I guess I know the reason why (endometriosis) . My question is has anybody conceived naturally with endo? Did you get a lap surgery? How long after lap did you conceive ? I'm scared I won't get pregnant again 😪
