gym+protein shakes when pregnant?

I am 16 weeks pregnant with my first baby and previous to that I've been working out and lifting weights forever now I try to maintain my body- I use to take pre workout supplements and drink a protein shake right after the gym it also helped with muscle soreness. Is there any kind of protein shake for working out while pregnant that's safe enough to drink? 🏃🏼‍♀️
