I need help my 15 month old won't nap longer then 45 minutes. I have tried blacking out his curtains, keeping him up longer, playing with him laying in bed or on the couch with him etc. all he does is cry bc he's tired. He will fall asleep but only for about 45-50 minutes maybe twice a day.
