pregnant or not

3 weeks ago i took a urine pregnancy test at home and the results were positive, so right after i did blood test and it came out negative. i'm on the pill but i have bad back and breast pain and i'm nauseous... do u think i maybe pregnant or these may be side effects from the pill?
