fever in pregnancy
So I'm really worried and wondering if anyone could share reassuring experiences. I was so excited yesterday because I got my first ultrasound, and baby was looking good, moving around, healthy heartbeat. So excited!
Then I went to work and started feeling awful. I came down with fever and chills and exhaustion and have been in bed ever since. I called my OB nurse and she told me to get tested for the flu (which was negative) but I get an occasional fever of about 100.5. The doctor told me to take Tylenol, but I'm still worried about the fever hurting the baby. Anyone else had the flu/fever in the first trimester?
