Have I got line lines? Please help

Do I have line eyes? Please comment. The photos are of the same test but I took a digital test straight after and it came back not pregnant but I am getting symptoms such as spotting, fatigue, slightly nauseous, heachache, back ache, cramps, dizziness. Don't know what to do 😥
