ovulation cramps?

I have pcos and am almost in fertile window according to glow but I've been getting cramps.. for most of today and a bit for the last 2 days. I don't have any opks right now so I'm not sure if I actually am ovulating. My question is, do any of you ladies get cramps off and on for days before you actually ovulate? I've also been using supplements and vitamins; vitex, maca, d3, b complex....
