Glucose Test??

Question

Should I get my glucose test after breakfast or lunch?

They say I just have to fast 2 hour prior.

I really want to pass this test because I honestly don't think I'll be able to do the other one  that you have to fast the night before.

Any tips ??

I did my appt as early as I could since I had to fast.

Before breakfast is the best then go eat right after the test I always feel like crap the rest of the day but I would rather do it before I eat breakfast

I had my 1 hour fast after I had eaten breakfast (pb&j). Not the healthiest choice but that's what I crave for breakfast and didn't want to try and trick the test. I past with a 135. My doctor considers that within range. Just don't have anything with sugar but If possible, fast. The drink has like 100g of sugar and 400 calories lol

Do it early before breakfast . Yes you are hungry in the am but it will show up better if you are completely empty .
