Pelvic cramps and painful urination

Hi ladies,

I'm just looking for some advise as I'm a bit confused with my body.

So I'm 4dpo and have been having pelvic cramps for the past 10 hours, mainly on the left side but have been a bit all over as well. It's also been hurting in the same area when I go for a wee but it doesn't feel like UTIs I've had in the past so I honestly don't think it's that! Also, I don't ever get cramps except for when I'm on AF and even then they're very light! These has been almost constant.
