Opk testing

On a 28 day cycle clearblue says to start testing on cycle day 11. Which I've missed since I'm on day 14 now. Does that mean I've been my ovulation day? It said I missed my "lh surge" for this month and to try again. I had sex on cycle day 13 and 2 other days after that. Could I still have a chance of getting pregnant?
